1. Agreement and authority
By creating an account or using Nexsys, you confirm that you have authority to act for the organisation or community named in the account and agree to these terms together with the applicable order, proposal or package description.
2. Service and packages
Nexsys provides community operating software according to the active package and licensed modules. Package allowances, unit and staff limits, AI capacity and separately priced add-ons are described on the pricing page or in an agreed proposal. Published prices exclude VAT.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account security, authorised users, accurate community information and lawful platform use. Residents remain invitation-based. Public registration does not grant resident, reseller or portfolio access.
4. Customer information
The customer retains its rights in customer information and instructs Nexsys to process it to provide and secure the service. The customer is responsible for its notices, permissions, retention decisions and lawful instructions.
5. AI-assisted features
AI features can produce incomplete or inaccurate output. Users must review generated work before relying on it, particularly for legal, financial, safety or resident-impacting decisions. AI does not replace accountable human approval.
6. Fees, changes and suspension
Paid fees follow the agreed billing cycle. Package limits trigger upgrade guidance rather than automatic overage invoices. Nexsys may suspend access where necessary for security, material breach, unlawful use or unpaid agreed fees, subject to applicable commitments.
7. Service responsibility
Nexsys will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Specific service levels, support terms, migration duties, warranties, liability limits and termination arrangements are governed by the accepted order or proposal where applicable.
