PAIA access to information

Purpose
This page provides public guidance for requesting access to records held by Nexsys under the Promotion of Access to Information Act. It is not the PAIA manual of a customer community, managing agent or reseller.
Records and availability
Categories may include corporate and statutory records, personnel records, customer and supplier agreements, operational policies, financial records, technology records and privacy or security documentation, subject to lawful grounds for access or refusal.
Making a request
Use the Information Regulator’s current prescribed form and submit sufficient detail to identify the requester, record, preferred access method and applicable right. Start through the contact page so the request can be routed to the Information Officer. Prescribed fees may apply.
Customer-community records
Requests for records controlled by a community, body corporate, homeowners association, managing agent or reseller must be directed to that responsible organisation. Nexsys cannot decide access on its behalf unless lawfully instructed.
