What AI does
Nexsys AI features can retrieve authorised context, answer questions over documents, summarise work, translate, draft communication, extract structured information and highlight patterns. Available features and monthly allowances depend on the active package.
What AI does not do
AI is not the accountable manager, trustee, security decision-maker, accountant or legal adviser. Nexsys does not intend generated output to approve expenditure, determine legal rights, impose penalties, make safety decisions or communicate externally without the required human workflow.
Accuracy and review
Generated output can be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Users must review the original evidence and apply professional judgement before acting. High-impact decisions require an authorised person.
Context and controls
AI requests operate within user and community context and are subject to feature entitlements and usage limits. Administrators can manage approved AI capabilities. Relevant usage and quality evidence may be retained to operate, secure and improve the service.
