Use Nexsys for authorised community work
Users may access only the communities, units, records and functions assigned to their role. Credentials and invitation links must not be shared or used to bypass an organisation’s access process.
Prohibited activity
Do not use Nexsys to break the law, harm or threaten people, discriminate unlawfully, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe security without permission, overload the service, scrape restricted data, impersonate others or evade package and usage controls.
Responsible content
Do not upload unnecessary identity documents, secrets or sensitive information. Communications, security records and AI prompts must remain relevant, respectful and authorised for the community purpose.
Response to misuse
Nexsys may limit, suspend, investigate or preserve evidence of suspected misuse where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or service integrity. Material issues may be referred to the accountable customer organisation or authorities as appropriate.
